Welcome! I am here to teach you to use your own imagination and creativity in your letter making! I've kept a daily sketchbook journal since 2001, I've made a gazillion letters on all those pages and I'm excited to share what I've learned. We will begin by building off the basics; before you know it, you will have mastered 4 different lettering styles. Next I will show you how you can easily design your own letter sets full of personality! We will finish by creating a super creative, whimsical page of fanciful letters where you get to try out all the things you learned and riff off of those with your own spiffy new tricks. Hi, I'm Anne

I've been keeping a daily sketchbook for almost 20 years, these books are a visual combo of illustrated words and images. I created this course to teach you some basic lettering styles but more importantly how to CREATE YOUR OWN HAND WRITTEN LETTERING STYLES and give them LOTS of PERSONALITY!

BIO: Anne Leuck is a visual storyteller, creating imagery inspired by her own life journey. She utilizes traditional painting, as well as digital media, journaling and ceramics. Her private and commercial commissions include murals and public art. Anne has maintained a daily sketchbook practice since 2001 and began teaching it’s benefits in 2015. It has been a transformative gift in her life, informing her other creative work while also documenting her ideas, emotions and everyday experiences. Anne has licensed her designs for stationery and home décor products, her artwork has appeared on billboards, in movies, books, TV and magazines. Having exhibited nationally at art fairs around the country for many years, her works also hang in private collections, globally.
