...I AM (!) an artist and creativity coach obsessed with sketchbook journaling!
I started my daily sketchbook practice 20+ years ago(!) to add daily creativity to my life, frustrated by all the administrative time taken, wearing all the different hats of an artist running her own business. My process combines words and images...'illustrated words'.
Over the years, my clients, friends and family started asking me how I was doing it. I decided to start teaching! Soon I had a handful of clients experiencing powerful life changes from their daily journaling, and I knew that so many more people could benefit from this.
I created this course because my mission is to help as many people as possible experience the profound self-awareness that occurs on their pages and in their lives once they start this practice...I believe anyone can do this, even those fearful of drawing!
